Xiaoxuan Dong is Doctoral Candidate, DC10, for MSCA SMARTTEST at the Radio Systems research group of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Twente. She will carry out research on Generic energy model for ISAC based sensing and health monitoring. The objective is to develop and validate a generic energy model incorporating the system topology and configuration as well as beamforming techniques used, tailored for representing the resources required for dynamic communication and sensing tasks. The Doctoral Candidate is expected to e development and validation of the energy model, as well as the creation and maintenance of datasets supporting this research.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering at the Beijing University of Chemistry Technology in 2013. She also holds master’s degree in Control Science and Technology at the Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 2016 and Information and Communication Technology from the Chalmers University of Technology in 2023. Before her second Master, she gained seven years of industry experience, including three years in the health domain, working on digital health solutions.
